Canadian Farmer Yousif Visits VTOPS’ 40,000-Square-Meter Factory to Explore Hidden Features of Semi-Automatic Auger Filler

On August 30, 2024, Canadian farmer Mr. Yousif visits VTOPS’ modern 40,000-square-meter factory in Zhengzhou, Henan. The purpose of his visit was to gain an in-depth understanding of VTOPS’ semi-automatic auger filler, particularly the VTOPS-P2 model. Mr. Yousif was particularly impressed with the hidden feature of the VTOPS-P2, which allows users to seamlessly switch between Fill-By-Weight and Fill-By-Volume modes.
During the tour, Mr. Yousif closely examined the working principles and technical advantages of the VTOPS-P2 and explored each component of the auger filler. He expressed his appreciation for the machine’s flexibility, which enables users to select between speed and accuracy based on different production needs. He remarked, “This versatile switching feature is incredibly beneficial for the diverse production demands of our farm. It helps us manage resources more effectively and boost production efficiency.”
As an avid mechanical enthusiast, Mr. Yousif was also eager to learn about the differences between the stepper motor and the servo motor used for material dispensing in the auger filler. VTOPS’ after-sales engineer, Jack Jiao, explained, “Both stepper motors and servo motors are used for dispensing, but servo motors offer higher precision. Additionally, servo motors come with built-in protection features against under-voltage, over-voltage, and over-current.”
