Indonesian Client Mr. Koe Kin Yin Visits VTOPS Factory to Learn About the VTOPS-DGS-50F High-Precision Powder Packaging System and Its Auxiliary Equipment

On September 11, 2024, Mr. Koe Kin Yin, a representative from an Indonesian company, visited the VTOPS factory at the request of his employer to gain in-depth knowledge of the VTOPS-DGS-50F Powder Big Bag Packaging Machine and its auxiliary equipment. The visit was hosted by Ms. Lisa Yue from VTOPS’ international business department.
During the two-day visit, Mr. Koe Kin Yin toured VTOPS’ 40,000 square meter modern workshop, where he gained detailed insights into the high-precision weighing system of the VTOPS-DGS-50F powder packaging machine and personally operated the equipment to experience its stable packaging performance. With comprehensive explanations from the VTOPS technical team, Mr. Koe Kin Yin learned how the VTOPS powder packaging system ensures high precision through optimized sensors, weighing modules, and intelligent control algorithms.
In addition to the VTOPS-DGS-50F packaging machine, Mr. Koe Kin Yin also studied the various auxiliary equipment that works alongside it, including the 500L ribbon mixer, the fully automatic thread-breaking sewing machine, and the feeder. Together, these devices form an efficient automated bagging packaging production line that seamlessly integrates each stage, from material mixing and conveying to packaging and sealing. The 500L ribbon mixer ensures the uniform blending of powder materials, the feeder efficiently transports materials to the packaging machine, and the fully automatic thread-breaking sewing machine provides reliable sealing for the packaging bags.
Mr. Koe Kin Yin was highly impressed by the synergy of the entire automated production line and praised the excellent performance of VTOPS equipment in enhancing production efficiency and packaging accuracy.
