High Speed 8-Wheel Capping Machine is based on the international advanced models to improve the design, it is a five-star capping machine. The machine have many advantages, such as fast cap speed, high pass rate, and easy operation. It can be applied to different bottle-shaped screw caps in food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, pesticide, cosmetics and other industries.
The four speed-adjustable motors are used for cap feeding, bottle clamping, conveying and capping respectively. The machine has a high degree of automation,good stability,and convenient adjustment. Whenreplacing bottles or caps, no spare parts are needed, and only adjustments are required to complete them (lf equip with cap vibrating,can feeding cap automatically).
The machine is beautiful in shape, fast capping speed, high pass rate, applicable to different bottle- shaped caps for food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, pesticide other industries.
