One contributing factor is the fineness of the powder. Additionally, the distance between the discharge opening and the bottom of the bag plays a crucial role. In the blanking process, the material smoothly slides into the bag, utilizing the packaging material as a “slide.” If the powder rises, it can contaminate the sealing area, leading to poor sealing and potential quality issues with the product.

To address this concern, our company has developed a 25 kg big bag packaging machine that effectively minimizes the occurrence of powder fly out. This equipment boasts two key features: it allows for a dual filling process, and it includes a bag-holding mechanism that enables controlled movement of the bag – both up and down. Here is the working principle:

1. After clamping the bag, the machine raises it so that the filling head reaches the bottom, initiating the first filling.
2. Upon completion of the first filling, the bag is lowered, maintaining an optimal distance from the bag bottom.
3. The machine then proceeds with the second filling, with the weight of the secondary filling being relatively small. This dual-filling approach not only ensures filling accuracy but also significantly reduces the occurrence of dust flies.
