Automatic auger filler machine of model VTOPS-PSH-02 is a rotary type automatic auger filler [1]. It is a new style automatic powder bottle auger filler machine which developed by Zhengzhou Vtops Machinery Co., Ltd. The single head automatic auger filler using rotary indexing Star-Wheel.
1st. Features:
- 1. Positioning by Star-Wheel. Therefore, the machine with a higher positioning accuracy.
- 2. LCD touch screen with Chinese and English versions. PLC control system. Easy and simple operation.
- 3. Apply to all of can-shaped or bottle-shaped containers, such as: glass bottle, plastic jars, metal tin cans, etc.
- 4. Skip filling when there are no containers or lack containers.
- 5. The storage hopper is split-hopper. So, it is easy to clean, and easy easy to change auger screw tube.
- 6. In addition, the filling motor is servo motor.

We initially considered this single-head auger filler for our nutraceutical contract manufacturing line. The build quality and compact rotary design left a strong impression on us—especially since this was the page recommended to us by Google.
However, after discussing with the VTOPS team, we ultimately decided to go with the version that includes a built-in weighing function, as it better meets our precision needs for fine powder products. That said, this model is still a great choice for many applications, particularly if you’re looking for a reliable solution on a tighter budget.
One thing worth highlighting: the VTOPS team’s installation support was excellent. No matter the size of the issue, their technicians were always there to help us out.
